| After ordering an advertisement or website, businesses are responsible for
forwarding payment to Must Haves within 14 days.
Failure to provide payment within 14 days may result in the advertisement
or website being removed. |

Must Haves reserves the right to refuse permission
for any advertisement. Advertisements will not be accepted for
directly competing businesses. |

Must Haves reserves the right to amend the categories or
wording of any advertisement appearing on its website to be consistent with the overall directory. |

After 12 months a reminder will be sent that payment is due if
an advert is to be continued. Must Haves reserves the right to remove
adverts if payment is not received. |

| After the initial set-up charge of one page websites any further
updates may be made on an ad hoc basis and quotations will be
provided before any amendments are undertaken. |
| |
| An administration fee will be due every 24
months to maintain domain name registration for a one page
website with its own unique url. Current
administration fee is £30 every 24 months. |
